Although Travellers Rest Old Church is not licensed our guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. You can relax in front of the main fireplace all year round with your favourite drink and a good book.

The Church also boasts its own snooker room with stained glass windows.  The full size table is certainly a challenge to us lesser mortals than those we see on the TV, the sound of despair and laughter is often emitted from the walls within.

A seating area has recently been established on the south side of the church giving splendid views over rolling countryside towards Dartmoor. A favourite spot for budding artists/sketchers and a good view point for the stunning sunsets often seen from the church.
